2. Booking & Payments

All bookings made through our platform are subject to confirmation by Hexa Labs or associated labs. Prices displayed may be subject to change, and payment must be made as per the selected service terms.

3. Third-Party Labs

Hexa Labs works in collaboration with other diagnostic labs. When you book a test, your sample or information may be securely shared with these partner labs to complete your service.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations are subject to our lab partners' policies. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed as per the agreed terms between Hexa Labs and associated labs.

5. Limitation of Liability

We strive for accuracy in all test results and information provided, but Hexa Labs and its partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform.
