At Labzey, powered by Swaru Technologies, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible experience. However, due to the nature of diagnostic services, returns are limited and subject to specific conditions.

Eligibility for Returns

• Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of placing the order.
• Services that have already been availed or tests that have been conducted cannot be returned or refunded.
• Incorrect bookings (wrong lab/test selection) may be corrected upon request, subject to lab availability.

Refunds for Returned Orders

If eligible for a return, the amount will be refunded within 7-10 working days through the original payment method. Please note that certain administrative charges may apply.
