1. Booking & Payment
All bookings made through our platform are confirmed upon successful payment. Prices listed are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise mentioned.
2. Cancellations
Cancellations are allowed before the sample collection or test appointment. If you need to cancel a booking, please contact our support team at the earliest.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued in the following cases:
- Test/service cancellation before sample collection.
- Service not delivered due to operational issues from the lab.
- Incorrect payment or duplicate transaction.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.
4. No-Show or Partial Service
If you fail to appear for a scheduled test or partially avail services, refunds will not be applicable.
